Party Hard, But Drink Responsibly

Practice safe drinking by sticking to the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism recommended 2-3 drinks a day. Although spring break may be a time to engage in shenanigans you wouldn’t normally do, don’t go overboard. Know your limits. Take the time to reset and recharge instead. Remember, by the end of the week it’s back to reality so try to maintain your routine as much as possible during spring break. If you do engage in risky business, we have your guide to a morning recovery after a night out.

Take Some Time for YOU

Try going unplugged for a few hours. Step away from social media and leave yourself some time to unwind. Your spring break doesn’t have to all be crowded booze-fueled parties. Eat well, sleep in, go to the beach, and work in some fitness to your spring break getaway with our SoBe wellness guide.

Be Flexible

Anything goes during spring break in South Beach, so keep a less rigid itinerary to allow for crowded times and last minute changes. Spring break is a peak travel season for SoBe, so try to refrain from cajoling all the pieces in the right position. Kick back, appreciate freedom, and vacation serendipitously.
